Dave is primarily responsible for leading the day-to-day operational flow of all projects, especially those requiring an on-line presence. This focus includes the development, quality assurance, and project management of key deliveries — most notably all survey assessment and reporting sites, as well as final reports for clients. Dave tries to ensure that all client needs are met, with a detailed focus on meeting client need dates and managing client priorities.

Prior to joining Industry Insights, Dave was a Software Development & Support Technical Manager for a large telecommunications network provider for over 15 years. During that time, Dave led multiple software development teams responsible for software definition, development, and quality assurance of individual feature functionality as well as complete software products.

Dave enjoys spending time with his wife and two children, playing and watching sports, traveling, and working in his yard. He has coached a variety of sports and most recently was a youth volleyball coach for both school and club teams.

Dave has a Masters of Computer Science degree from the University of Virginia and also received a Bachelor of Arts degree in both Mathematics and Computer Science from Capital University in Columbus, Ohio.
